Worst Goalkeeper Ever v Worst Striker Ever

If you thought Ben Foster’s gaffe last weekend was bad, then you haven’t seen anything yet.

Here’s how things really, really go wrong when a bad keeper meets a bad striker.

I can’t decide who was worse here – the keeper or the striker?

This week's Soccerlens Podcast covers Henry's handball, the wonders of horse placenta and big match previews for this weekend. Check it out here.

  1. i’d go for the keeper.. i mean, the keeper is worse.. a keeper should NEVER hold on to a ball for that long!

  2. The keeper is worst as the striker only got a first touch and only touch on it which from that angle should of been made but could understandably be missed.

  3. The striker is worse. The rule books says the keeper cant pick up the ball when his own player passes it to him with the foot. That being said, the keeper still is at fault, he should have kicked it out right away. The striker however, should NEVER have missed that!

Dude derek ur the worst the goalkeeper can pick up the ball when his own player pass to him and the opponent is in the penalty box.So the keeper is the dumb one,the striker too they both are the same the striker should strike long ago.
