The Premier League fixtures for the 2013-14 season have been announced and it turns out that we will not have to wait too long to watch David Moyes lock horns with Jose Mourinho. Manchester United will face Chelsea in Moyes’ first home game of the new season.
The Premier League Champions will start their campaign away at Liberty Stadium on August 17th, while Liverpool will entertain Stoke City at Anfield in the opening day. Arsenal and Manchester City will start their league campaign on home soil facing Aston Villa and Newcastle United respectively.
Roberto Martinez will take his Everton side to Norwich City while Tottenham will face newcomer Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park.

David Moyes probably wouldn’t have expected such a tough schedule as United will face Liverpool and Manchester City away from home within first five league fixtures; results that could set the tone for the remainder of the season.
Manchester United will face Hull City at the KC Stadium on the Boxing Day, while Manchester City’s fixture against Liverpool can expect to be a cracker during the festive period.
The season wraps up on May 11th where Arsenal will head to Norwich and Spurs will face Aston Villa at the Villa Park. Liverpool starts their campaign at home and will end their campaign in front of home crowd too as the Reds will entertain Newcastle on the final day.
Elsewhere, Manchester City will wrap up the season against West Ham, Manchester United will go to Southampton and Chelsea will head to Cardiff.
