Alberto Moreno

According to Marca, Alberto Moreno has decided to join Real Madrid, as he wants to join good friends Sergio Ramos and Fabio Coentrao. Madrid have previously done successful deal with Sevilla, with Sergio Ramos and Julio Batista joining Los blancos in the recent past.

A lot of European clubs are looking for Moreno’s signature – Napoli had an offer of €14.5 million rejected in January as Sevilla feel they can fetch a lot more for the 21 year old left back. Earlier we reported, Chelsea and Liverpool both entering a bidding war for Moreno. As things stand, Moreno is set to reject the Premier League giants in favour of a dream move to Real Madrid.

Moreno has a release clause of £25m, while Sevilla sporting director, Monchi admitted: “Impossible to say he’ll not leave the club on summer”

The 21-year-old is a rising star in Spain and both Brendan Rodgers and Jose Mourinho are big admirer of his talents.
