Benfica 2007/2008 Home and Away Kits

Portuguese side Benfica have their new Home and Away kits for the 2007/08 season.

The home shirt is the classic all red kit of Benfica but the away kit has gone for a pink, black and white look with the new Adidas “snake” style pattern on the shirt.

The most notable thing on the kits are the different logos for each kit, the home Benfica shirt sports the PT logo that they have had for a few seasons while the away one is a new TMN logo, personally I think that both shirts should have the TMN because it’s not as sqaure, ugly and baulky as the PT.

Overall the shirts, both home and away are very nice and the away is a nice change considering its pink; well done Adidas.

I am getting that away kit. It’s really nice.
And Nerazzurri, what’s wrong with plainness? Most kits are nowadays. And then you moan about the away kit being ‘mank’, but it’s anything but plain. Is it possible for you to be satisfied? Or are you anti-Benfica?

Not ‘anti-benfica’but the pink kit is really mank. The home kit is really nothing special. Umbro have produced by far the better kits for the upcoming season. Not that I work for Umbro or anything silly like that.

the pink is ridiculous!!! and if you say im anti-benfica… well, YOURE DAMN RIGHT!!!! haha if you want to see nice kits, se the away from FC Porto! thats a nice kit… not some girly pink! by the away, if the pink kit isnt enough, they bought a player with a womens name: di MARIA!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What’s really ridiculous is someone posting trash about a team because they have a pink Jersey or have a player whose last name is Maria. You’re either 5 or live in the 20s.

The kits are OK. Pink is a bit rash but it’s OK. However Benfica are so unoriginal. They always put the same sponsors as Porto. Like OOPT and TMN

The home one sucks? Sorry for it being the original jerseys from the 60′s from when Benfica we’re the best team in Europe. SORRY that it can’t have splashes, zigzags and flashy crap all over it because frankly they are not sell outs. Its almost exact to ones from when Eusebio played. Its plain but thats how jerseys are meant to be. You’re not looking at your jerseys when you play football
