Eight games without a win and coming off a fairly weak-kneed performance against Birmingham. From the chatter on the Wigan blogs he's losing fan support as well. That's not to suggest that Billy Davies won't beat him to the post, and I wouldn't be shocked if Southgate didn't see the end of the season, but surely Hutchings at least deserves to feature in the conversation.
