I share your opinions on writing. I write because its what i spend most of my time talking/thinking about anyway so writing it down is a natural progression.

At first i found it hard to deal with negative comments and opinions surrounding my articles, but thats football. Everyone has an opinion and of course not everyone is going to agree. And of course when writing a piece that concerns a certain club, you are bound to get fans of that club defending their manager/player/team…i would do the same for Liverpool if needed.

I dont agree with the apparent need for controversy in football writing at times, theres nothing wrong with a balanced opinion in some cases, even if maybe it provokes less discussion!
