Saviola seems a long shot, but City are a better option for him than Boro(if that was ever true :p). Ljungberg is realistic and Defoe, Gudjohnsen and Bellamy are all likey to be searching for a new home.

I think if he wants to make Shinawatra happy and NOT spend all of his money then i think Javier Saviola the BarÃ§a reject would do well. I think hes got something Michael Owen-esque about him, small and hard working. And also to please Shinawatra he should bring in an Asian midfield player maybe to develop or maybe to go straight into the side because I think that Asian, particularly Korean midfielders are incredibly hard working. If not he can always bribe Gudjonnsen with stupidly high wages to play there.

Apparently, Mourinho is offering Sean Wright Phillips for sale for only 10 million. I think he would be a young sparkplug for ManCity this season and create some actual offense for them.
