Which Star Player Would YOU Choose?
All across the football world, be it in the floodlit stadiums of the English Premier League or the dusty streets of Brazil, good players are there to be found. Whether it’s the fancy footwork of Cristiano Ronaldo; the pace and vision of Cesc Fabregas or the flair of Kaka, there have always been plenty of good players- and then there are those who are even better.
Every fan craves the elite players of the game; if you offered the fans any team in the world Kaka, the majority of them would say yes, while those that don’t are lying. Talking about that unlikely scenario, if you had the option of having any player in the world pulling on your club’s strip, who would you choose?
To try and start this off with something different, I’ll not go with the choice of Kaka as many of my fellow Gooners would, I’m sure; rather, I’d go for the wing wizardry of Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo. Despite Cristiano Ronaldo being known as a diving little cheat player who’s antics are questionable at times, I feel that the Portuguese player would add an extra element to our team- even more so than Kaka, or Leo Messi for that matter.
Kaka is a phenomenal player; he has the ability to drive a team forward on his own, and get a few goals to boot. However, the Gunners have enough players in the position that the Brazilian occupies; Rosicky, Fabregas and Hleb are all capable of playing there well, and an the dynamism Ronaldo would provide on the wings would turn this Arsenal side from playing excellent to unbeatable.
I have long called for Wenger to buy a winger; too often have we failed to use the width provided on the slightly larger Emirates Stadium pitch, while last season Arsenal fans were frustrated to the point of wanting to break something as Rosicky and Hleb continued to cut in and run into walls. Someone that can move the ball at pace, or a proper, ‘out and out’ winger as they’re known as these days would be excellent for the Arsenal; and as much as I hate to say it, Ronaldo is the best kind of this player in the football world today. Wenger has tried to create this kind of player by moving Eboue up to right wing; sadly I feel that a natural is needed, as well as one that can bang them in for fun. Do you think Ronaldo would do well in the red and white, as unlikely a prospect as that seems?
Now that I’ve done it for Arsenal; let me have a short go at other teams- Manchester United would do well with Dimitar Berbatov, simply because they need someone better than Saha capable of playing alone up front; Chelsea would not go amiss if the talents of Kaka were added to their midfield; Liverpool would thrive with Robin van Persie playing off Fernando Torres up front. Who do you think who improve your team best if you were given the option of signing any player in the football world? Let me know below. 
Note that this is purely fantasy; I’m not saying that you should take this article seriously, or that I would not be slightly (heck, loads) disgusted were Cristiano Ronaldo to be linked to the Arsenal.
So all of you that enjoy the daily mill of impossible, never to happen transfer rumours… get debating

Lionel Messi. He may not be a true winger but i think this guy could play in any advance position you give him.

Im an Arsenal fan and I would have Cesc Fabregas (the best player in the World)and all the Arsenal players. But from other teams I would have Kaka for his speed and power, and C Ronaldo for his skill and speed on the ball and I would have Messi

Anyway, hmm, good question. I think the CFC lineup is pretty solid, but I would want some more striking depth, so I think I would take Wayne Rooney. A bitchy whiny cunt in my opinion; however, I can’t deny the guy is on fire, and he would be a perfect fit with Drogba up top as a target man, and Rooney making runs and powering home goals.

Fabragaes best player in the world huh it was only a matter of time b4 arsenal fans started saying that. He is a great player but only 3 or 4 of his goals r individual brillance most of them is because of his team.
Take his goal agaisnt man u and liverpool both were created by his team he would have to be spasticated to miss those chances.

Theres no doubting that Messi is the man i’d pick, him and ronaldo on the wings would be pretty hard to stop, and he barely ever goes missing in big games, unlike Ronnie, wouldn’t mind Kaka but im sure we all know that in about 2 years Anderson will be better than him;) and Fab too;)

I dunno why everyone’s always wanting better strikers or wingers, I’m a Juve fan and I know that at least for this season we’re covered in those areas, the one place I think we do need to invest is at right back. The ideal right back for Juventus would have to be in the same build as Lilian Thuram, because that’s the type of player we need back there, so I’d have to go with Micah Richards of Manchester City
Anderson sucks; all he did at the Emirtes was whine. But he could be good in a couple years, but nowhere near Cesc.
Liverpool could use, IMO a stand up defender or striker. I would say Rooney or Drogba would help them most on the offensive end, and defensively, a John Terry, P. Lahm or Micah Richards would be invaluable.

United need a bit more depth in the striking department, and I’m a fan of Berbatov. If I could choose anyone in the world to add to that squad it’d probably be Messi. I think he’s an awesome player.
Haha yeah it was a joke but it’ll be truw in about a year or two, he doesn’t look like much of a scorer though…hes a better version of Fabregas i’d say, not as good as him but he’ll be better than him since he can dribble very well, Brian, Anderson was probably our best player against Arsenal, and I don’t remember seeing many Arsenal players playing that well…
Being a Gooner I was disappointed we couldn’t sign Ribery in the summer because I think he would have been a great asset to our side. However, I would like to Micah Richards and SWP from Chelsea sign for us. They link up so well together on the right when they play for England and we could do with some players with alot of pace who can run at defenders at full speed, just like Henry and Overmars did! They’ve both been linked with Arsenal before and Richards did say recently in an interview he’d love to play for the Gunners.
Messi as well is world class already at such a young age and can only get better. He’d be a star in any team

I was disappointed in the summer when we didn’t get Ribery because he would have been a fantastic asset. However, would also love to see Messi at Arsenal. He’s so world class he’s only two letters short of being called Messiah!!
Yeah I think another striker for Liverpool, someone who can compliment Torres and score goals too, but do we have that already in Peter Crouch?

Fabregas didn’t seem like much of a scorer last season and look at this season. It depends on confidence and Anderson seems to prefer to pass than to take on the shot and IMO the goals will come soon for him.
Probably Micah Richards or Dani Alves, Neville will need replacing very soon. I definitely wouldn’t say no to Fabregas because he’ll still be around in 8 years, unlike Carrick and Hargreaves. Another, maybe Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, we need a new super-sub and Huntelaar could be it.
