Nasri replaced Hleb and I think he’s good. We did, though, lose Flamini, Gilberto and Lassana Diarra, all Central midfielders.

I think that Arshavin would be a good buy for Arsenal. I don’t think that Bendtner should be sold at this stage. He is a very talented player and one day will be one of our senior strikers, which once VP and Ade are gone we will need desperately. We definitely need midfielders to make up for the lack of Fabregas and since no one has replaced Hleb or Flamini, it needs to be someone with talent and not another youngster.

*rolling on the floor laughing my ass off* If you think Denilson will add anything to Bolton that says all we need to know about your football knowledge. I watched this guy play several MLS matches. Aside from a few fancy passes he contributed absolutely nothing. He wasn’t up to the standard of the US top flight so what makes you think he can play in the premiership?

If Arshavin is bought than Bentner should be sold, with that money and money from the potential selling of Toure (I would prefer Toure to stay but I’ve heared he’s unsettled at the Emirates) we can buy Upson or Alex and a DCM like Veloso, Yaya Toure, Cambiasso, M’bia, Ireland and Inler. Anyone else got any ideas about who Arsenal should buy?

I don’t think Man Utd have bought Tosic for the future as such. He is young (21) and will of course get better but I think he will get games this season. Ferguson has hinted that his arrival could be end of Rooney’s days on the left stating he will have four wide men available now.
