Has someone stolen half the article? I've just read an excellent account of the background to the extreme difficulties that West Ham were facing at the beginning of December, some words about how other clubs should learn from West Ham's example, and then it ends - nothing at all about what exactly West Ham's example was, or what they did, or what should be learned. Is there a part two coming up?

when clarke left chelsea i was gutted, he was a great assman.
Zola has got the most of his players at west ham by utilising the young players in a fluid but compact style.

 BTW I love your blog!

This is why I've been following West Ham for awhile. Their seasons always have some type of story to them. It was kinda hard following them in America while they were relegated, but I don't think I could support any other European club.

West Ham did not field an "illegitimate player", Carlos Tevez was always a properly registered player. It was not a court that decided that it was West Ham who were repsonsible for Sheffield Uniteds relegation it was an FA Tribunal headed by an 85 year old cricket fan and a process that West Ham were not allowed to participate in nor were they allowed to appeal the decision. Sheffield United were allowed to appeal the two previous decisions that went against them. Seeing as you have no idea of even the most basic of facts in the Tevez saga I would question why you think that the way West Ham were hounded through the courts by a bunch of money grabbing ambulance chasers was "albeit deserved"?

How refreshing to hear something positive about us for a change, thanks it was a breath of fresh air compared to the negative press we received all season, the Tevez saga, Mcbabe and Match of the day bias, well done.
