Weekly Roundup #5 - Man City takeover plus Man Utd, CL, Liverpool and West Ham news
The Weekly Roundup is back! WR brings you the top stories from the last week - today’s report covers the Champions League midweek fixtures, the weekend’s Premiership fixtures and more.
Manchester City look for investment
Debts, poor results on the pitch and over a lifetime of being looked down upon by their city rivals has led the Manchester City board to whore itself out to the highest bidder.
It’s a smart move - competition is much tougher in the Premiership than it was 2-3 years ago and Chelsea have started an influx of cash and players into the Premiership that cannot be stopped.
Will City be bought? At the very least expect some major investment in the club before the start of next season.
