Read all the entries, the “cup final” wins hands down, bit long all thorough depending on how you look at it, and the only entry that covers genuine “grass roots” football which some Arsenal supporting ossie refers to as some “shitty” kids league…pretty much sums up the mentality of a none footballing country.
The reason i am writing this is the lad who wrote it i know,(by name anyway not personally but through youth football) He is UEFA B rated coach and has probably forgotten more about football than most of you know. I have no reason to be saying this especially has his side beat a the equivalant age group from my club 11 – 0, and our team were county champions, it was quite interesting to read how that team had started because if you saw them you wouldnt think it.

Okay article, But drags on because it is way to long, Nonetheless a nice article.

I’ve had those feeling before, the State U14′s Greater Southern League School’s Final springs to mind, 3-3 I set up all the 3 goals being a winger (Yes, Arsenal i’m a winger and willing to talk for a contract!) on the left (I am right-footed though) and then, on the 95th minute getting the last kick of the game, from the corner flag bending it into the net, It felt awesome although it was only a shit league for kids!

Also Ahmed, this comp. has only a few entries so far (2 or 3 I think) and that is suprising… maybe no prizes is outting people off!
