From my count, around 160+ votes were registered from my old college, Lahore University of Management Sciences, where I had asked my friends to vote for me (I graduated from there last summer). If you do a backtrace on the IP address, it will point you to the university, situated in Lahore, Pakistan. I fully understand your terms and conditions and I have made every attempt to avoid doing anything that could cause a problem. This is a case of mistaken intent - you have chopped off 160+ votes based on an IP trace however since Internet access from the university is through a proxy (with a single IP address), there has been no violation of your terms and conditions.
