We had earlier reported that  Morata’s representatives Juanma Lopez and Beppe Bozzo met Real general manager Jose Angel Sanchez to negotiate a deal for the striker.

It now appears that Juevntus have made the first move to acquire the services of the player who has impressed at the Bernebeu in the 2013-14 season scoring 9 goals with limited chances to showcase his talent in the Spanish capital.

Real aren’t prepared to drop their €30m asking price for the 21 year old and the Galacticos are determined to insert a buy back clause if at all a deal is struck. Karim Benzema’s future too looks uncertain as the French striker has reportedly asked the club to double his wages with Real seeming uninterested.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are also interested in Liverpool striker Luis Suarez but fresh reports claim that arch rivals Barcelona are ready to offer €85m for Uruguayan.

Morata’s current contract is set to expire in 2015 and Real might not be prepared to sell the youngster before finalizing one of their top strikers for the upcoming season but its is believed that Juventus have confidence to sign the player.

This would be a huge blow for Arsenal who have been long linked with the player but it now appears that the Gunners might be reduced to mere spectators in their bid to acquire the services of Morata.

As the transfer plot gets interesting with each passing day, let us know if Arsenal can snatch Morata at the death or will he join Juventus? Does he have a Real Madrid future? A lot of questions remain to be answered, but we would like to hear from you in comments below.
