Hi millz. I saw the TA's showing against Seattle, very impressive. Can't wait to see that rivalry in MLS, assuming all goes well between now and 2011. Thanks for your comment, hope Wicks succeeds as you suggest.

Josh Wicks is a tremendous goalkeeper and you all in DC got a steal in picking him up. When he played for my hometown Timbers it was obvious that he could succeed at the highest level.

For those interested in US football the 2nd division Portland Timbers played the MLS Seattle sounders on the first in a Northwest derby match for the US open cup. With the Timbers set to move up to MLS in 2011, this was a preview of what will likely be the most intense rivalry in North-American football. The Timbers fans were in full force and pulled off a spectacular pre-match Tifo. check out the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AucOzX9qqRA

With the Timbers Army joining The likes of DCs Barra Brava, and the improving quality of players from the American leagues as evidenced by the progression of DC's starlets and The national side's run in the Confed cup, The future of football and football culture is looking bright in the US.
