Well, for me forget Arsharvin. titles when policy changes. Arsenal will never have Arsharvin, he will be taken by the likes of Mancity, or any other.

If that did happen it is unlikely that Arsenal would get him as we would have to break our wage structure because the likes of Real and Man City would be offering something like £120,000 a week to have him.
