2 – highly unlikely, but not totally out of the question
3 – could go either way
4 – almost a sure thing that the player is headed for the exit
5 – done deal

I analyze the rumors and rate them based on their likelihood. Some days, more rumors lean towards one way than they do others.

If a player could go based on the cash being offered, but the club could keep him based on his value to them, or he’s likely headed for the exit door, but the money may not be enough…it’s going to get a 3. Simple as that.
