Antonio Puerta, Sevilla and Spanish international, died today. It is really sad. He was 22 years old, expecting a son in 1 month. Apparently last Saturday his heart basically stopped working, and he had what were thought to be between 4 and 7 separate heart attacks. The prolonged amount of time his heart was stopped from these attacks deprived the brain of oxigen and led to organ failure and death. I saw him play several times, he was a nice combination of extreme hard work and good skill, destined to be Spain's left back for the foreseeable future. This is a huge blow.
