With the Copa America done and dusted and Euro 2016 nearing its completion, it is time for every club to focus on the transfer market and improve their chances of doing well next season.

The transfer window is now officially open and almost every club has started working on their deals and new signings are being confirmed every day. Here at Soccerlens, in our daily transfer news roundup column, we will bring you some of the latest stories from the last 24 hours.

Bournemouth bid for Jordon Ibe accepted

Liverpool have accepted a 15 million pounds bid for young winger Jordon Ibe.

Bournemouth are determined to sign the English winger as a replacement for Ritchie.

Ibe is one of the most talented young players to come through the Liverpool academy and it is is bit surprising that the Reds are willing to get rid of him after a mixed season.

At one point, it seemed like Ibe could establish himself as a first team regular last season. But the second half of the season seems to have cost Ibe his Liverpool future.

The player has been informed about the offer and will now hold talks with Bournemouth regarding personal terms before completing a transfer.

Ibe will have the chance to work with one of the best young managers in Eddie Howe and it will be interesting to see if Howe can unlock the player’s frightening potential with time.

Liverpool looking to sign Jakub Blaszczykowski

According to latest reports, Jurgen Klopp is looking to sign the Polish international winger Jakub Blaszczykowski.

The 30 year old winger has fallen down the pecking order at Dortmund and spent last season on loan at Fiorentina.

Apparently, Klopp wants to sign him this summer and the fee should be in the region of 7 million Euros.

Blaszczykowski has worked with Klopp before and the German will know exactly what the player can offer. He could well be an experienced replacement for Jordon Ibe.

Manchester United hire Tommy Møller Nielsen as new scout

Former Danish footballer and manager, Tommy Møller Nielsen has confirmed that he has signed for the Premier League giants Manchester United.

Nielsen joins United on a three year contract as a scout. Following his coaching spell in Mongolia, Nielsen turned down a chance to manage their national team in favour of an Old Trafford move. He has worked in a similar capacity for Everton.

He said to Politiken: “I’ve got a very good agreement with Manchester United, who will spend more money on scouting and expand the staff by 15, engaged in full-time positions and working across the world.”

“I am a coach and wanted to coach again, but it is a very exciting and interesting job, I need to start. I get to work with football at the highest level and I am very pleased.”

If there was any doubt that Manchester United would have someone watching talent at the Olympics, then that’s been cleared.”
