From my point of view he doesn't need any new players right now. He needs to work with what he has until the summer trasfer window comes back around. He was given a nice little kitty by the owners with which he bought Babel and Torres. I agree that the American owners might not understand what the transfer window is all about, but they do know that they should have a good enough team to challenge for the premiership, FA Cup, and CL.
