I believe his exact words were “The first yellow card was very harsh and the second I didn’t see at all. If he deserved a yellow we’ll see on video. If he retaliated he deserved a red card and it will be dealt with.” If he retaliated? Maybe he thought Eboue was stretching his leg and Modric just happened to trip over it. What a joke!
