Pedroella is the only one who refuse to accept the facts here. Beckham gave only ONE freekick per season for the whole of his career, including while he’s in Madrid?? wow..pedroella must be the most retarded person in football fans history!! and only 6 freekicks on international level?? wow..he really IS a retarded person ever to watch football!! either that..or he just hates Becks so much to deny everything. please go back and study football more before you watch it, pedroella!!

C Ronaldo’s freekick was a belter. Is it the best? I dont know but I know for a fact that I’ve never seen the ball go like that anywhere else. Van Persie gives some vicious ones that go like the concord and Beckham used to give some amazing curlers and dippers(hope you get the meaning) but this was an amazing novelty and knowing him, he’s got many more like this. Hope he doesnt take them against Arsenal though…………….

I think Beckham at his “peak” at about 28 managed ONE free-kick in a whole season of trying to go for goal in the premier league and at Real Madrid managed about 1 a season aswell.Couple this with a ludicrously paltry total of 6 in 100 games at international level and never a single 1 v a top rate nation,and he tried endlessly for year upon year,and you have a farcically overrated situation once again.He only took them ONE WAY and if the opposition coaches and teams had had a brain and blocked the right hand side of the goal,he would have had virtually no success from his endless attempts,let alone the negligable returns i documented.
