For additional historic World Cup video highlights, FIFA.com has a nice selection starting from the 1966 competition in England:

There was nothing classic about the 1994 World Cup final other than sparse chances and Baggio's punt to the moon. I understand that it was contested between Italy and Brasil, but in terms of football it was nothing memorable. The 1982 Second Round match was arguably the best World Cup match ever. All Brasil needed was a draw and Italy had to win... and back and forth they went with Rossi putting the Azurri up 1-0 only to have Socrates drive one on the near post past Zoff and put Brasil back into the semi-finals...Rossi again for 2-1 advantage Italy... then that screecher from Falcao and it again looked like Brasil into the semis... who answers again? Rossi off a corner kick catching Brasil napping. It is vulgar that the Saria Stadium (Espanyol's old home ground) was torn down because a monument should stand in its place declaring in so many words, "HERE RESTS THE GROUND UPON WHICH THE GREATEST WORLD CUP MATCH WAS PLAYED."
