He's fallen out with Paulo Bento and a good few of his team-mates (notably, Fabio Rochemback). As for Tuncay, I take the point about his goal record, but compared to the rest of Boro's attackers he has been the shining light. Alves has flopped, Emnes couldn't find the goal with a compass, and Downing didn't score a single goal last season. Tuncay may not rip up any trees in the scoring charts, but he could provide the service for someone who could (like a Johnson).
