As the mum of two young daughters, it is the story of the Hicks family that stays with me the most. I remember the mum being interviewed and saying that until that day she "was a mum" - it still makes me cry. I hope the families get the justice they deserve. Improve security, improve 'support' in case of emergencies and get people to behave like people. Football should be fun, no?
