I would say “good article” but unfortunately i didn’t just read one, i read an article full of tripe and over hype for Mascherano and Istanbul in the hopes of geeing fans up, pity that realism and journalism are two different things really…..

@RedV: It’s called an “opinion”, mate. Everyone is entitled to having one. I agree that Essien is one of the best around, but I have a feeling that having Masch back tonight for Liverpool will make a massive difference. Not sure where you intended to take the conversation with the insult about shoving Masch around. To each their own as I always say.

rubbish article… how myopic can u get?? theres a reason y istanbul was called magical… its not simnply gonna happen again… firstly,,, one player doesnt make a team… essien is simply magnificent in the middle… prob the best midfield player around… dont insult dat by shoving masch around… second… evry1 noes bt istanbul… milan lost their focus in de 2nd half allowing liverpool bak in… do u really think it was all liverpool… it was as much milans fault as it was liverpools brilliance… hiddink isnt gonna let hisory repeat.. he noes wat liverpool are capable… thirdly… u seem to completely discount de fact dat chelsea are a very comprehensive team.. very diff 2 break down.. if u ask me… the result will prob stay… the pundits are most likely rite… chelsea will most prob thru… n ur myopia isnt gonna change that…

Having Javier Mashearano and Alonso means 2 holding players in a team that’s needs to attack this include Gerrard in the centre as well, to me that’s a team set up for a cagey counter attack, now so far Drogba could hold the ball up long enough to attract lampard or Ballack…. Liverpool would score, so would Chelsea and I cant see Liverpool scoring 2 goals let alone 3….
