		<description>very good article. It&#039;s pretty harsh for a club like Luton who started on -30 points - that has pretty much sealed their fate. A way to clean up this mess is a 9 point deduction at the beginning of the season for clubs that go through administration and then a further suspended points deduction if they fail to balance the books after a 2yr period. This will help ease the pain.</description>
