West Ham claim they do, MSI claims they do, the EPL would like any contracts made with Tevez to be done with West Ham. the EPL are just trying to cover their arses cause if Man Utd deals with MSI then that means the whole Sheffield United case will be revisited.

The whole s**t is a mess, due to the fault of the EPL letting the deal go through initially and trying to cover up, and I see FIFA stepping soon enough.

zoog, its becoming clear that West Ham have no control over Tevez’s movements. Joorbachian does. West Ham got away with a Â£5million fine over lying in the contracts the first time around. Be very greatful of that and keep it schtum. All thats left is to decide what number Tevez will have on his shirt at united.

West Ham have NOT signed Bellamy – he has a “private contractual issue with Liverpool” that has to be sorted before he can sign for West Ham [info from West Ham website].

If Tevez signs for Man Utd it certainly will not be before the High Court hearing this week… unless Joorbachian blackmails West Ham into agreeing some deal where West Ham agree the transfer on his terms while Joorbachian shreds any documents that may not have been passed on… allegedly.

If Tevez does arrive we may see some very interesting lineups next season. For starters it’s possible that our strongest striker partnership might be Tevez and Saha. Thats not to say Rooney won’t be in the starting 11, but there is no reason why we can’t occasionally fit him in midfield (eventually I still believe he may end up as Scholes replacement).

If we try out Rooney and Tevez up front, then I would expect Ronaldo to provide the height during crosses etc. Anderson and Nani would be given games as much as possible, but if we had to choose between the pair I would expect Anderson to get the nod – even if the vacant slot is on the wing.

If Evra is rested or injured then maybe Anderson will be given the odd game at leftback, but I can only see Nani used on the wings.

Smith really does look sold now, and to be realistic we should expect at least two others to join him (probably Heinze and Richardson, but I would prefer Silvestre and Richardson).

tic tic tic… it just goes on and on … the rumours that is ..
and judging by the reponses i guess i’m the only one who thinks tevez’s arrival mite lead to some major ego issues at ManU
P.S: sincerely hope rossi aint sold to parma … smith maybe the btter choice .. tough choice b’cos smith’s got heart and determination – one of the highlights for me (amongst many) last season was when smith scored against roma …
