Thierry Henry is one of the best strikers in the world today. Has won every competition except the Champions League, and while there’s a chance that he could still win it with Arsenal, Henry, turning 30 in August 2007, is running out of time.
Has been linked with a move away from Arsenal for the last couple of summers, but most of it is just speculation and nothing else – blind throwing of mud on the wall hoping that when it sticks, people can claim that they knew it all along.
A player who has won the World Cup (1998) and Euro 2000, and it’s a shame that a player of his ability has never won the Fifa World Player of the Year award.
That and the Champions League.
