The 1953 FA Cup Final was a phenomenal game, also known as the 'Matthews Final' Blackpool beat Bolton 4-3 where Stanley Matthews' outstanding performance and Stan Mortensen's hat trick made it 3rd time lucky for Blackpool, who had two Cup Finals in the previous 6 seasons.
