Although I believe they should stay in the SPL, the fact is that their fall in quality and inability to spend as much as even the lowest sides in the EPL is due to the lack of money available playing in Scotland compared to playing in England. I can understand the Old Firm’s frustration at not being able to join the English Premier League. Although I believe they should stay in the SPL, the fact is that their fall in quality and inability to spend as much as even the lowest sides in the EPL is due to the lack of money available playing in Scotland compared to playing in England.

It's a shame the quality has dropped so much, but at least it is making the league for interesting for everyone outwith the Old Firm. Tough luck for the OF unable to join the English Premier League.
