Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen (yes, that’s one person) was born in Ibiza but she was raised in the Netherlands. She has eight sisters and four brothers. She is a model and a TV presenter and FHM‘s Sexiest Woman in the World in 2006 and 2007 for the Dutch.
She’s been dating the former Real Madrid midfielder Wesley Sneijder (Inter Milan, Netherlands) for a while now. Keep in mind, Sneijder divorced his wife, Ramona Streekstra, in January of this year. He surely did not waste much time.
