Newcastle United and Adidas have recently revealed the home kit they will be wearing next season.

Field Players
I don’t see much difference in their 08/09 kit and this new kit. They’ll be wearing their traditional colors: black and white horizontal stripes. They’ve changed the trend of having the club crest on the left of the chest and the manufacturer logo on the right. They have the manufacturer logo under the white collar in the middle and under it, is the Newcastle United crest and still under is in the sponsor logo. The three white Adidas pin-stripes on the shoulders and down the side of the black shorts.

Goalkeepers
The goalkeepers will be wearing a light-blueish shirt and shorts with a touch of black and white linings and stripes here and there. Adidas-typical pin-stripes go down the shoulder to the cuffs and down the sides of the shorts as well.

The front of the shirt is awesome and I totally love it, however the back has a gigantic white space on it, which mean you have to get someone on the back otherwise it looks rubbish!
and as a northern rock employee i know we have a contract with NUFC for one more year and it wont be being renewed. so as of the season after, we will be wearing the same shirts with a different company logo as the sponsor.
