A special offer for Liverpool fans - if you hate the Liverpool away kit this season, you can get the Torres shirt offered with it directly from Subside and wear this instead to the away games:
The following list was made available by Subside Sports and is subject to changes made by sponsors, manufacturers and clubs. For the released / leaked kits, see our 08/09 kits section and the premier league kits page.
08/09 Premier League Kit Launch Dates:
Liverpool’s 08/09 third kit is … green - if you thought the gray away kit was going to surprise you then at least you’ve seen the worst Adidas can’t do with a Liverpool shirt.
Still, it’s not a ‘bad’ kit - we’ll just have to see how the players look wearing it - somehow I don’t think it’ll end up being a collector’s item, and I wish Adidas experimented more with design than with colours.
Liverpool’s 08/09 away kit is gray with red stripes on the shoulders and a strange check pattern on the front (I’m sure it helps with something). Not a fan of the ‘grey’ shirt but if Adidas have done this I’m sure they saw it in action and thought it looked good, and the real test of the 08/09 Liverpool away shirt will come when it goes up against some of the better home kits next season.
You can order the Liverpool 08/09 away shirt here and get a free Torres shirt in the process.

The Liverpool 08/09 home shirt is now available for order. The shirt was launched yesterday and as with all things Liverpool they are bound to be a sell-out so get your order in as quickly as possible to ensure that you get your hands on the new 08/09 Liverpool home kit first.
And as an added incentive, with every order of the new Liverpool home kit you will also get a free Torres shirt for being smart enough to order as soon as possible. Not sure how long this offer will stay open though, so hurry up.
Here’s the shirt itself:
Over the years I have always said there were a few teams that I would love to see in black kits. Liverpool was one of them, and until this year it was nothing more than a thought. Well Adidas and Liverpool made that a reality with their new Away European Kit. A black top with unique red markings on the front and back make this a great looking kit. Add the Liverpool crest in the center of the chest as opposed to the left chest as normal and you have one more piece of uniqueness.
Adidas and Liverpool could have gone overboard with this particular kit, however they managed to keep it flashy yet simple. The color scheme works perfect together, and it just shows that Adidas and Liverpool knew what they were doing this year. This kit provides them with the Hat Trick for nice kits. Great work again.
When Liverpool travels outside of Anfield this season, they will face off with their opponents wearing another nice kit from Adidas. Taking a solid field of white and adding some unique red markings on the front and back make this a great looking kit. Add the traditional three stripes down the sleeves and throw in the Carlsberg logo and the Liverpool Crest; there you have another perfect kit from Adidas.
The only issue I have with this particular kit is that is almost too busy, however Adidas put the right amount of flare in it and kept it from becoming an eye sore. Well done on this kit as well.
In 2006, Liverpool and manufacturer Reebok parted ways after many years of working together. The boys from Anfield were becoming one of the Premiership’s top teams, so a new kit was in order, and who did they call? Adidas. Taking the traditional solid field of red, adding a new version of a collar, white pipe like stripes, and the traditional three stripes on the sleeves and Adidas once again produced a top notch kit.
In terms of a kit, it does not get much better than what Adidas has been putting out all over the world. One nice touch that I like on all of Liverpool’s kits is the color of the sponsor’s logo. It matches perfectly with the white and green in the Liverpool Crest. Well done Adidas and Liverpool, this is sure to be a top seller all over the world.
