Real Madrid 09-10 Home Shirt
Recently, the Real Madrid 09-10 home shirt was revealed. Madrid will be wearing this shirt next season at Bernabeu. I wonder if this new shirt will help them get back at the La Liga rivals Barcelona’s Dream Team.

In the 2009/2010 season, one of the bigger clubs from Spain, Barcelona, won three trophies: The Copa Del Rey, La Liga and the Champions League. Not only that, Barcelona had a massive goal difference of 70 in the league and their front three players (Samuel Eto’o, Lionel Messi and Theirry Henry) scored over a 100 goals together in all competitions. Also, Barça beat Real Madrid 6-2 at Bernebue; breaking the previous worst defeat at home for Madrid.
Before the Champions League final, there was a talk about Manchester United and Barça, both being the deserving winners of the final. But, after watching Barcelona completely out-playing United, it was pretty clear who the deserving champions of Europe.

After a healthy competition towards the end when Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United all had chances of grabbing the Premier League title. All threw away all their chances but one and that one stood champion of the Premiership 2008/2009 - Manchester United. United’s local rivals, Manchester City currently sit at th 10th spot. All teams have one last game to play in the 2008/2009 season and then there’s another one of the last games of this season: The Champions League final - The champions of Spain, Barcelona vs. the champions of England, Manchester United.

After ‘the champions vs the ordinary’ game between Manchester United and Arsenal and the “controversial” Chelsea, Barcelona draw at Stamford Bridge, the final will be played between the best team in England and the best team in Spain on 27th May, 2009 at Stadio Olimpico, Rome (home of Lazio and Roma).
It will be a chance for Pep’s boys to take revenge from United for the last year’s Champions League semi-final even though they will be without Daniel Alves and Eric Abidal plus Rafael Marquez’s presence is not certain. Whereas Wes Brown and Darren Fletcher will be missing the final for Manchester United.
