Some say balls, some say messiah complex (since he went to Newcastle where he'd be the big fish instead of United, where he would have been 'just another fish :) )...

Good luck to Newcastle fans though, if anything, Shearer and the players should shed blood to keep the club up for them. They've suffered a lot in the last few years, they deserve a break or two.

Good luck to him I say. He's had the balls to take on the job at this crucial time but to be fair he will be a hero if they stay up and certainly won't be classed a villain if they go down. So in a way it's win, win for Mr Shearer.

In all fairness I reckon they will just about have enough to stay up but it is vital that they wins a couple of home games before the end of the season. Definitely do-able but it won't be easy by any stretch of the imagination.
