I think Milito really has become an amazing forward this season, it is just incredible how he is able to control the ball with a lot of defenders arround him. Another part of his success is Snyder, they play together really well.

Serie A is pretty well always fixed. Beforehand it was all for POOHventus and now it’s for InternazioMERDA. Face it, folks, if it wouldn’t be, A.C.Milan would be winning the league title season after season after season after season. Even with all of Milan’s changes over the last couple of years, they’re still far greater than Juventus & Inter (maybe even put together, lol).

Really decent read, Chris. I miss the Italian league. I used to love the Saturday morning round-up’s on channel 4!

My opinion of Ibrahimovic is low and now Inter have replaced him with Eto, I just consider their team even stronger. I fully expect Eto to get 20+ goals this season and I think most Serie A defences will struggle against him.

I’ll be most interested to see if the Italian clubs can do well in Europe. Inter may have done 4 in a row but that was mainly due to THE scandal and there has been a sense of a lack of quality for the last couple of years.

Maybe that will change this season…but Europe is the benchmark!

I would say Serie A is more like Anotnio Cassano rather than the overrated Paul Gascoigne. Given the chance, Cassano could be one of the best players in the world. Gascoigne was considered a joke in Italy and is now a Joke all around the world. Harsh but true.

I am glad that that Kjær is blossoming prior to the World Cup greatly increasing Denmark’s chances of finishing on top of their tough group for the qualifiers.
