See your videos of Euro 2008 on Reuters

Reuters soccer blog will be covering Euro 2008 with several reporters but they are looking for the help of our readers in relation to videos from the tournament.
Reuters would like you to send your own video contributions. If you’re at a match in Austria or Switzerland then that would be ideal, but if you have access to a video camera and can produce an exciting piece on the tournament from your own armchair then they would be keen to see it.
The best videos will be posted up on the blog.
The video blog has been launched under the tentative heading of “Vlog on the pitch”.
For now, you can post your videos on YouTube or similar and tag the entry with the phrase “Vlog on the pitch”. Reuters will be searching and will find them and post the best ones on the blog.
In the future there will be an email address for contributions, and we’ll let you know as soon as that is available.
So come on Soccerlens readers, let’s supply some of the best material of the Tournament that Reuters get.

Hi Graham, Ahmed and everyone at soccerlens.
Thanks for that. I should just add a couple of things:
1. At Euro 2008 we’ll be looking for your videos from out and about on the streets of Austria and Switzerland rather than footage from inside the stadiums of the matches themselves. We wouldn’t want to get in trouble with UEFA, after all! If you’re not going to the tournament, no matter - send us your thoughts on the matches or clips of people celebrating, or anything you like. If it looks good, we’ll put it up on Reuters.
2. And in the mean time, you can get into the swing of things by sending us stuff now. If you’ve been to a match, or seen something on TV, or read something that gets your hackles up, get someone to record your reaction on video. We’ll have a proper email address soon, as Graham says, but for now you can either post it to youtube (tagged “vlog on the pitch”) or send them to me at kfylan (at) gmail.com and if we like the look of them we’ll put them up at http://blogs.reuters.com/soccer
Bye for now
Kevin
