		<description>After being exposed to South American football for a short while some time back, I have to say I agree with the views expressed here. The passion of the players and the crowds are unbelievable. Even more amazing was the skill of each player in someplace as abscure(to us who feast on european football) as Columbia(guess the legacy of Pablo Escobar is not the only thing you see on tv there). Along with that I have to mention a small article on Brazilian football I read sometime back which spat at the supporters&#039; ill treatment of the referees. If I remember correctly even Pele critisized the supporters for their disdain towards the match officials, but I guess thats a reflection of their &#039;over-zealousness&#039;...........</description>
