But Henry does have a fair point" (1) Yes they would have had a penalty it was the usual latin "kick out, retract the leg, put hands up to claim no contact" foul. Obvious to anyone who's watched them play. This exactly how Owen won his penalty against Argentina in 2002. (2) It is more than a fair point. It's changing the entire tournament rules 10 minutes from the end of the f**king thing.
