No, sorry mate but david moyes is one of the best managers in the UK its a shame he isnt english. He is one of the best when it comes to the transfer market and look where he has taken everton on his budget compared to spurs, man city and portsmouth.

Have you considered putting together a summary of net player transfer amounts by club over the past five years or so? I would love to see how that compares with the Premier League tables. Reckon Arsenal might be winners in the spending v performance stakes.
