Possible Chelsea starting lineup against Liverpool
Chelsea travel to Anfield for a potential title decider on Sunday but the Blues will take the pitch at Merseyside with a depleted starting lineup, as stated by manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho has placed the Champions League at the top of his priority and with the second leg of the semi final against Atletico in the coming midweek, the Portuguese has been given the permission to rest key names against the Reds.
A victory for Liverpool would mean the Reds would lead the Blues by eight points and will close in on the title.
With Petr Cech injured, Mark Schwarzer will be between the sticks for the away side at Anfield. Cesar Azpilicueta is expected to be rested with 20 yer old Czech youngster Tomas Kalas playing at right back as Ivanovic will partner Gary Cahill in the heart of the defense.
Ashley Cole should begin his first Premier League game since January as Frank Lampard will partner John Obi Mikel, both of whom who are suspended for the second leg against Atletico.
Nemanja Matic will pull the strings in midfield with Demba Ba leading the line up front.
