Pick six and win BIG!

Right then. It’s back.

After those initial couple of weeks of being glad to have your weekends free, getting no grief from the other half for spending a whole day traipsing around the country spending loads of cash watching your team (and after a frankly surprisingly brilliant World Cup helped pass a few weeks), we’re all now made up to be getting our weekend footy back.

It’s the time of year for us all to be overly optimistic about what will happen over the next few months – a feeling we’ll ride high on for at least a week or two – and to then go through the predictable motions of the rest of the season.

But, for once, there’s something new to look out for this season to get excited about.

Our new friends at Predict the Six have launched a new online footy game that’s different to all the usual betting sites.

It’s simple – correctly predict six goal scorers in the Premier League over a round of games, and if you get them all right you win the weekly prize jackpot (or a share of it if there’s more than one winner). It’s only a pound to play, and there’s no cashing out, money back offers or complicated odds – just a straight forward site, a simple game and a chance to win big for a small stake.

The more people who play, the bigger the jackpot, so it’s basically the best of the lottery, football pools and footy betting sites rolled into one (although you won’t be surprised that this is where we have to point out that terms and conditions do apply…).

It really is that simple. We’ve had a go and think it’s great – for those who don’t trust their own prediction skills there’s even a lucky dip option.

The lads and ladies at Predict the Six have offered all of our readers a sign up offer to deposit £10 before August 18th and get £10 in free credits. PLUS, if they get 10,000 new Twitter followers by then they will give away a free MacBook Air to one of their new customers.

Sounds good to us!
