Red Sox of American soccer? Portland has never won anything in their history, and they barely ever make the playoffs. This rivalry is more like United States v. Gibraltar. Even Henry Paulson's money can't save you. In fact, forming a relationship with Henry Paulson just further tarnishes your futile image. How can you say Seattle/Portland is the Yankees v.
