el tupo, you are the fool the way i took this article is that he is saying what is very true and he is not asking for Ramos to get the sack he is just saying that any other manager would have been sacked already.
I for one want him sacked because his record is a disgrace and at the end of the day you should be judged on results so bye bye Ramos.

I think Ramos has a bad reputation for not communicating with his players and that was in Spain and in Spanish. Martin Jol had a great personality and found communicating easy.
Surely for these two contrasting reasons Ramos’s methods don’t work in the Premier league. I also believe if Martin Jol had not been undermined, his last season would have come good.
