		<description>I would imagine that most bloggers use either Blogspot or Wordpress which are both RSS compatible. 

The guys behind OF used the Nottingham Forest site LTLF.co.uk to pilot this format and it pushed our hit rate right up - as far as I am concerned everyone&#039;s a winner!</description>
