Boy were they given an almighty shocker. Team like Man City and Watford who got promoted to the Premiership the very next season after their promotion from League 1 chopped and changed their players to adapt to their new league opponents. By doing away with league 1 standarders and bringing in better players they earned their hard fought double promotions. Rovers are too late to be challenging for a promotion spot now but if they can make significant changes in January a playoff spot is not impossible.
