Personally, if I ever had the chance to play against a professional football player, I wouldn't be shouting it on rooftops, but I wouldn't keep it a secret either. I have a good friend in Italy who used to play for Chievo's youth team, he was quite good but had to quit competition due to some shoulder problems. He played against <b>Andrea Pirlo</b> when he was still at Brescia, and he told that even back then you could tell the guy was a little prodigy. Then I have a friend from Washington DC who used to play in the same neighbourhood as <b>Freddy Adu</b>. He says he's played a few times against him when they were kids.
