Moyes willing to pay €30m for Arsenal and Liverpool target

Last summer Manchester United were heavily interested in signing Barcelona prodigy Thiago Alcantara, who joined Bayern Munich in the end.

The 21-year-old has a release clause of €30m and both the Manchester based clubs are willing to pay that amount.
