The 2009 Under-21 European Championship will showcase the best and brightest of young football talent from around Europe. With Spain, Germany, England, Italy and Serbia all having qualified for the Euro 2009, the tournament will be closely followed by football scouts across Europe’s top clubs.

    I’d have to disagree with your evaluations if they are in Euros, Walcott for example, especially being English, would have a minimum £18m price tag, thats about €24/25m. Same for Agbonlahor, if you could get him at £9/10m that’s a bargain.
